Holiday Shipping Deadlines and Covid-19 Policies (As of Nov. 29th)
Right now, carriers across the board are experiencing delays in shipment. Several countries across the world have either restricted or outright suspended a large portion of their incoming air travel to combat the virus. Because of this, most international packages can take 2 to 3 months to arrive. We cannot guarantee any shipping times overseas at this time.
We are not currently exploring any options such as DHL to broaden our shipping capabilities at this time due to the massive price increase and adjustment to our day to day operations. Our regular partner of Asendia is able to take care of most international shipment needs at the usually scheduled time, though these are subject to change based on the severity of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and your country's course of action regarding lockdowns.

As you may be aware, the United Kingdom has seen a dramatic increase in cases of the Covid-19 Pandemic which has resulted in several new lockdown restrictions. The UK is severely limiting the number of aircrafts it allows into its airspace, and non-essential package delivery is near the bottom of the list. This means that we are seeing delays anywhere from 2 to 3 months on packages entering the UK, the same as we saw at the peak of lockdowns in March through June.
If you purchased something during our Black Friday weekend sale, you likely have not received your package at the time of this typing, and your last update for shipment will be from a US distribution center between December 9th and 11th. Rest assured, there are dozens of customers experiencing this same issue and it is due to the lockdown. These packages are sitting in a warehouse, either in the UK or still in the US, behind a massive backlog of packages waiting to be scanned. It is an unfortunate limbo.
Rest assured, the packages are still on the way albeit highly delayed.
Exchanges and Returns
We unfortunately are forced to halt all returns and exchanges at this time. We will be suspending our current deadline of 10 days from receipt of package for returns and exchanges and are working to open this important service back up as soon as we can.
Masks, Bandanas and Name Personalizations
Nomad Complex has carried Bandanimals since we began back in 2016 and they are an extremely popular item in the current climate. While we used to offer name personalization for a small fee on this item, we are no longer able to do so due to the volume of orders being placed for these bandanas. We will also be stocking cloth masks of our muzzle designs, so please keep an eye out for those coming soon!
Our Shipping Environment
With the virus continuing to spread, concerns over where and how goods are packed and shipped are of the utmost importance.
We’d like to remind you that the entirety of Nomad Complex, including our staff (of 2) and all of our inventory is housed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We do not rely on any outside contact, print to order service or dropshipping service to pack and ship our merchandise - everything passes through our hands only. We have been hunkered down here in our home running the business, and are continuing to keep ourselves safe, healthy and able to work.
